Made-to-Order Shipping

At Nowhere Studio, every piece is made to order in Vancouver, Canada. Rather than producing excess inventory, we create each garment specifically for the customer after an order is placed. This approach allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more thoughtful production process.

Because each item is made to order, production and shipping timelines differ from traditional retail stores that ship ready-made inventory.

Estimated Delivery Times and Rates

From the date your order is placed, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 2-3 weeks Free shipping on all orders

United States: 3-4 weeks Free shipping on all orders

These estimates include both production and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather events, customs processing, or carrier delays.

How Our Production Process Works

Orders are produced in weekly batches.

Step 1: Order Placement

Orders are accepted throughout the week, from Monday through Sunday.

Immediately after checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details.

Step 2: Production Scheduling

All orders placed during the week are grouped into the next production batch.

You will receive a Production Confirmation email when your order has been scheduled for production.

Step 3: Production

Production takes place from Monday through Saturday during the following production cycle.

Each garment is individually produced, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment.

You will receive an email notification when production begins and another when production is complete.

Step 4: Shipping

Completed orders are shipped every Monday.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing:

• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Tracking link
• Estimated delivery window

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Example Timeline

If you place an order between Monday and Sunday:

• Your order is added to the upcoming production batch
• Production occurs during the following Monday–Saturday production cycle
• Your order ships on the next shipping Monday
• Delivery occurs based on your shipping destination and carrier transit times

Most customers can expect their order to arrive within the following timeframes from the original purchase date:

Canada: 2-3 weeks

United States: 3-4 weeks

Order Updates & Tracking

We keep you informed throughout every stage of the process.

You will receive email notifications when:

1. Your order is placed
2. Your order is scheduled for production
3. Production begins
4. Production is completed
5. Your order ships
6. Tracking information becomes available

These updates allow you to follow your order from production through delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Canada
• United States

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Nowhere Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volumes
• Supply chain disruptions
• Carrier delays
• Weather events
• Customs processing for U.S. shipments
• Public holidays
